Welcome

At one time in peoples’ lives, there may come a point when the resources they have counted on to function, solve problems and thrive are no longer working.  Friends and family are unable to help and they often feel alone.  It is at these times that the skill of a therapist can serve to bring clarity to the situation, help them navigate through the issues and restore their confidence.

How I work

I listen carefully to my clients’ concerns and help define with them what or how they would like to change. I use my training to work with them to achieve their desired outcome which is specifically designed, and updated as needed, for them until completion.
